Thin hair at front ... suggestions?!

Hi

I'm at 23 year old male, but for the past couple of years - the front of my hair seems to have become thin.

Looking back and talking to my family - no one else seems to have this problem.

Please see an image below of what my hair is like:



I have thick hair everywhere else, just at the front. I use to have a stressful job which may have caused it!

Does anyone have any ideas, remmedies, products, potions that can help with bringing back fuller hair at the front?

at bit thin, you have lost nearly all the front of your hair. I am not to sure any medication will grow that back it looks to late to me.

A transplant is the only way to get back lost hair right at the front of your forehead.
