Hello, i have been wanting to do more with my hair loss problem for some time now.
I have been using kirkland signature 5% minox and now alpecin cafeine shampoo, i would like to start a coure of fin too.
I am 35 and have had a slow hair loss for the past 6 years.

Should i stay clear?
one more thing is finasteride another name for propecia?.

Finasteride is the active ingredient mate yeah.propecia is just the brand name.proscar is also finasteride but proscar is 5mg.definately use propecia tho its worked for me.i don't know anything about kirklands minoxidil.i use 15% solution on my hair n it's worked for me over time but iv had to be strict and consistent when using both drugs.i wouldn't put much trust in alpecin though mate.in my opinion it doesn't really matter what shampoo you're using.finasteride n minox are the only two things out there that will help you.what youre using to wasj your hair with is irrelevant to treating hair loss.just advice though pal.good luck with whatever you choose to do

Well it's a natural phenomenon it's start to decline your physical health as well as starting losing hair when you are passing 30 .
