Thought I would post this here as you guys seem to give some sagely advice

I have had hair loss for about 18 years now and it is very thin. I've been wearing Trendco wigs for the last 2 years. However, I've really wanted something more permanent. I';m looking into having an integration system whereby a fine mesh is placed over your scalp, your own hair is pulled through and additional hair is added to the mesh.

However, I'm not asking for me, I'm asking for my 17 year old sister who, bless her, is already showing major signs of alopecia

She has more hair than me so the above integration system I am looking at would not be suitable. What would be ideal for her is a hair integration piece that can be bought - ( no links please)
However, she does not want something with clips in it. Basically she wants something like the above but something where I can attach it to her own hair with either glue or micro rings (I have experience in attaching hair extensions so I could do this). She does not like the idea of being able to take off the piece as it 'feels like a wig'.

Can anyone help? She's really unhappy about her hair and I hate seeing her so down. I'd love to find her a great hair piece like the one above but without clips so I can simply bond it to her hair for a semi-permanaet result

Well dear it's a natural phenomenon that most of the people loss their hair in the early age it is because of the unhealthy diet or due to the family issue that their forefather also had the same issue.. there are plenty of treatment to cure it.. one of them is a hair transplant.
