Guys, Best and only real way to combat loss is the BIG 3!

Propecia, Minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo

What does Nizerol do? Isn't it just an anti-dandruff shampoo? How important would you say it is? Surely rogaine/propecia is enough by themselves?

Thats pretty much as good as your going to get, you could always try alpecin caffeine shampoo instead of Nizoral but it depends on which you like more.

The FDA has not approved Ketoconazole (Nizoral is a trade name) for hair loss, only for the treatment of dandruff and dermatitis onthe scalp. Does not mean it does not help, just that more tests need to be done.

From speaking to a number of men with androgenetic alopecia, Nizoral can be incorporated into a regime, it may particularly help if you suffer from some sort of inflamation of the scalp as some alopecia sufferers do. The healthier the scalp, the more the minoxidil can penetrate in.

But if your scalp is relatively healthy, then minoxidil and propecia will be just fine, i'd rather you save your cash to pay for the minoxidil and propecia as they're expensive enough!! ;)

Vitamins e, d, zinc and copper. Drink tons of water. Eat fruits/veggies., also you can wash your hair with Moroccan argan oil or keratin oil. (Keeps it smooth and soft, less prone to drying out or breaking) BIOTIN is amazing for hair. Get vitamins with a lot of biotin in it. I got some. You can also get plain biotin themselves. I also have those. Dont forget to brush your hair softy but regularly and massaging your scalp can quicken the hair growth process. Use less chemicals or heated tools such as straighteners, curling irons or hair dryers.
