Hey guys n gals

I have been suffering from diffuse hair loss with itchy flaky spotty scalp for 4 months now .My hair is also dull and dry .l also have severe acne all over face,neck,back,upper arms,chest and buttocks.lt is scarring badly with hyperpigmentation scars.My body hair is also getting heavier .l feel generally unwell most of the time .l get this weird sensation that one side of my face feels sensitive to touch like when you have a cold or flu and my teeth feel kinda sensitive too .lve never had sensitive teeth in my life .lve had my bloods done and my thyroid was normal(although I've heard the general test ur gp does isn't accurate)l have low progesterone and my prolactin in really high which is weird as this is a hormone that brings ur milk in when u give birth (so I've heard) and I'm defo not pregnant unless it's immaculate conception! Has anyone else had these problems with their hormones ?could anyone think what else could be causing the hair loss etc ?l am so depressed !l hardly go out the house now or see anyone ! l feel so ugly ! I think that no man will ever find me attractive again ! How do you cope with severe acne and hair loss ?

If you have acne all over your body do not try to prickle them and you must was your face everyday. And the best is to just ignore them don't feel distressed about it.

I would love to feel free but the acne hurts and my scalp is constantly itchy so it's a constant reminder of the acne and hair loss ! I just feel Like such a mess ! My derma doesn't have a clue ! Just that my prolactin is very high and my progesterone is low ! I probably need to see an endocrinologist ! I will ask my gp to refer me ASAP !
