Hair Loss on sides

Hi,

I've recently been getting really bad dandruff and hair thinning particular on the sides of my head. It seems like my natural hairlines are widening leaving me with an increasingly thinning under layer of hair which the longer hair from the top of my head covers up. Skins patches are starting to show through the sides though, which is stressing me out.

Anyone had similar experiences, is this a typical balding pattern? I have a receding hairline but have had thick hair in the past and none of my family are bald.

I passed your question on to our Trichologist, and below was his recommendations.

He said it looks like seborrheic dermatitis and you will need to get some shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis, also he mentioned that you should cut out cheese from your diet if you eat it, also try and cut down on any other dairy products in your diet.

hair loss on sides for many reason like are not proper care of hair and you use the beauty products of hair and hair color and vitamins etc and the harmones genes etc......

Have you visited a doctor? How are you getting on now?
