Finasteride gave me bad side effects that i still haven't recovered from and minoxidil is so impractical, I can't keep it up with my hectic lifestyle. Is there anything else I can try.

Try food supplements. It wont harm you.

I think you should try to take natural substances and food it' wouldn't harm you anymore but before taking the natural foods you should consult
