hope someone can help as getting quite disheartened. I am 40 years old and thinning quite badly. I use toppik along with Mane sometimes and also just started taking propecia again.

Can someone please recommend a good volumising shampoo for men available in the UK? Most I have tried give volume but just make the hair more flyaway. Is there one that makes the hair feel thicker and "heavier" if you know what I mean?

There is a really great brand called Nioxin, it is sold in salons and beauty center stores. It is made especially for thinning hair

This is the main concern that most of the poeple and they want to take care of it by taking different medicine and shampoo it won't help them all and thier hair still thinng which causing hair loss in the end I think the best to conult hair transplant specialist in Pakistan for better recommendation and treatment..
