causes of hair loss and Propecia

If your hair loss is caused by a condition called androgenic alopecia, there are no hair loss prevention methods that you can use, because there is no cure for this condition. However, there are many new treatments that can help.

The best hair loss treatments that exist both from a pricing and actual results standpoint are propecia and minoxidil.

Eating the right food is something else you can do for hair loss prevention. Having enough calcium in your diet is very important to strengthen the hair follicles and roots in the scalp.

You should never colour your hair more often than 6 to 8 weeks and for hair loss prevention, letting your hair turn naturally gray is the best thing you can do.

Many women stretch the hair by braiding very tightly and this can lead to significant hair loss as well.

Illnesses and taking antibiotics often cause hair loss, so keeping yourself in good physical condition enables you to counteract the effect that these have on your hair.

When you wash your hair, you should use a good shampoo and hair conditioner. Keep the split ends trimmed and avoid using hairdryers whenever possible

Wearing a cap for long periods of time also leads to hair loss.

Always remember prevention is better then cure

Yes, its definitely better to stop the baldness at an early stage. Propecia is better at gaining hair on the top of the head but only effects the hairline in some cases.
